Happy 2014 everyone!
I hope all potential and current students had a great festive season and are ready to take on 2014 with both hands! I wanted to write to you all of 2 reasons:
The first is just to thank everyone for their custom in 2013. Last year was really successful with a fantastic number of students making great progress and many who started lessons last January, I hope all of you are proud of how far you’ve progressed. I am the luckiest man alive to be able to do a job I love so much and it wouldn’t be possible without any of you guys so, once again, thank you so much and I cant wait to get back to it in 2014.
The next is to tell you about the future. I’ve got loads of exciting things planned for 2014. The first one that will be put into practice will be a new shiny website followed closely by Skype lessons. Hopefully this will open up guitar lessons for the people who are a bit more remote and it think it’ll be great over summer holidays meaning children can learn over their summer break without having to go out on their own or get a lift from someone. I’ve yet to see how it will work and if it will be as good as coming the to studios but I’m looking forward to giving it a shot and I hope you guys are too!
Oh and finally to thank everyone for my christmas cards and gifts, it is never expected and always appreciated – especially all that wine
