To keep lessons running smoothly there are a few rules that apply. Please take the time to read through them before coming to your lesson. Please feel free to email me if you are unsure of anything.

I understand that you may need to cancel your lesson sometimes for various reasons. In this instance please inform me as soon as you can so that I can plan around your absence or organise an alternate time in the week to reschedule your lesson. Lessons cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before the allotted time. In the case of cancellation beyond this point, the lesson fee must be paid in full.

If cancellations occur on a regular basis I may cancel your lessons indefinitely and give your slot to someone who will be able to attend regularly.

Although not ideal, I understand things can hold you up for a lesson. If you are running late please inform me as soon as possible so that we can plan what to do. If you arrive late to a lesson, no extra time can be added on to the end due to the next lesson arriving but full cost of the lesson will be required. If you are too late to gain anything from the lesson we will then class this as a cancellation and follow those procedures.

Again, if cancellations occur too often I may be forced to cancel your lessons indefinitely.

Payment is required on or before the lesson through a variety of methods explained on my prices page.
Rimmers (Southport lessons) payments are due on the first lesson of the calendar month. It is IMPERATIVE that this rule is adhered to as this ensures I can pay room rent when needed and pay my bills! If lessons are not paid for on the correct day repetitively it can result in your lessons being cancelled indefinitely.

To make things easier you could even set up a standing order (cancellable at any time). If you are interested let me know and we can discuss this during lesson.

I understand that in summer and half terms etc. most people will go on holiday. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible. Lessons will not take place on bank holidays and roughly 2 weeks around Christmas, these dates will be mentioned to you before they occur.
